• ・We are unable to take reservations for individuals who have received the COVID-19 vaccine within the past week.
• ・If the expiration date has passed, coupon tickets cannot be used.
• ・Do not jump or move suddenly inside the cabin, please only follow the therapist’s instructions to gently rotate your body left and right.
• ・Even if you leave the cabin during the session, we cannot offer a refund as the machine will continue operating.
• ・Please wear the special gloves, socks, and slippers provided at the salon. You can bring your own gown if you prefer.
• ・Remove all jewelry and bras as any metal may cause frostbite.
• ・Do not enter the cabin with sweat, body cream, oil, etc on your body as this may cause frostbite.
• ・Please do not take off your underwear as you will be wearing shorts or pants.
• ・Do not enter the cabin if you have a cold, are in poor physical condition, or have a fever.
• ・People with high blood pressure, certain mental health conditions, or chronic illness are unable to receive treatment.
• ・Please let us know if you have any metal surgical implants. Silicone implants are OK.
• ・Ice Sauna can be performed with makeup on. However, in the case of Cryo Skin® Toning Face, please be sure to remove makeup before arriving at the salon.
• ・Please understand that, due to limited beds at the salon, we may not be able to offer the same treatment to more than one person at a time.
• ・All payments will be made in advance. After purchasing a coupon ticket, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
• ・A cancellation fee may be charged for same-day cancellation. Please note that we may also decline future reservations.
