Please note

• ・We are unable to accept bookings within one week of receiving a COVID-19 vaccination.
• ・Expired multi-session passes cannot be used.
• ・Please do not jump, bounce, or behave wildly inside the cryo cabin.
• ・No refunds will be issued if a session is ended early, as the cabin remains in operation.
• ・Please wear the provided gloves, high socks, and sheepskin boots. You may bring your own gown if preferred.
• ・Remove any metal accessories or underwire bras before your session. (Sports bras for women are available.)
• ・Entering the cabin with sweat, body cream, or oil on your skin may cause frostbite. Please make sure your skin is clean and dry.
• ・Please keep your underwear on. Sessions are conducted while wearing shorts or pants.
• ・Do not enter the cabin if you are feeling unwell, have a cold, or have a fever.
• ・Those with high blood pressure, mental health conditions, or chronic illnesses may not be eligible for sessions.
• ・Please consult us if you have metal implants. (Silicone implants are not an issue.)
• ・Makeup does not need to be removed for Ice Sauna or Cryo Spot Facial treatments.
• ・For Cryoskin® Toning Face treatments, please arrive with no makeup, or use the makeup remover sheets provided at our salon.
• ・If you come with another person, please note that we have only one treatment bed, so you may not be able to receive the same service simultaneously.
• ・All payments must be made in advance. Multi-session passes are non-refundable and non-cancellable once purchased.
• ・Same-day cancellations due to personal reasons may incur a cancellation fee. Repeated cancellations may result in denial of future bookings.
