Our bodies experience inflammation every day due to factors such as daily food and drink, exercise, and electromagnetic waves, leading to damage and accelerating aging. Cryotherapy® swiftly removes such inflammation, representing a proven freezing therapy that brings about healthy muscles and vibrant skin.

Cryotherapy® is a process that rapidly cools the entire body at extremely low temperatures, gaining popularity among top athletes and Hollywood celebrities worldwide. The reason athletes prefer this treatment lies in its exceptionally fast process. Instead of spending 20 minutes in an ice bath, Cryotherapy® requires only 3 minutes for the body to recover from a day of training, staying dry throughout.

Stepping into the ultra-low temperatures of the cryosauna promotes metabolism, facilitates quick recovery from muscle soreness, combats fatigue, relieves stress, improves blood circulation, boosts collagen production for youthful skin, and supports weight loss by burning significant calories. Busy, jet-setting professionals also utilize Cryotherapy® to combat jet lag and promote early recovery.

Compression Therapy

Compression therapy, a non-contact treatment highly popular in the United States, applies air pressure to enhance blood circulation and lymphatic flow, primarily in the legs. When combined with the synergistic effects of Cryotherapy®︎, it efficiently expedites the elimination of fatigue components in a shorter timeframe.

After undergoing compression therapy, you may experience increased frequency of urination; however, the detoxification benefits are outstanding. On the day of the treatment, please ensure to replenish fluids regularly. Widely embraced internationally as an alternative to lymphatic massage, this treatment is a favorite among athletes, businessmen, and models who personally own this popular item. Our salon exclusively offers the latest set in Japan.

This menu is a special option available only on the day of treatment for those who have experienced NEO Light, Cryotherapy®︎, or CryoSkin®︎.
*You can choose between 25 minutes and 50 minutes for this treatment.

How to Use

1. During your first visit, we will measure your blood pressure and ask you to fill out a questionnaire.

2. After the consultation, we will determine the treatment menu.

3. In the changing room, undress and put on the salon's exclusive gown over your underwear. For women, remove bras with fasteners and wear the provided protective bra and shorts. (If you are not wearing underwear, please use disposable shorts.)

4. To prevent frostbite, wipe off sweat, freshly applied body cream, or oil with a paper towel beforehand, and put on the gown in a state where your skin and underwear are not wet.

5. Wear the dedicated socks and boots and move to the ice sauna.

6. Once inside the ice sauna, remove the gown and hand it to the therapist when the door is closed. Use the provided gloves during this process.

7. Once the cold air starts, remember to breathe, and inside the ice sauna, you can engage in activities like marching in place or rotating your body from side to side. The treatment time for Cryotherapy®︎ concludes within a maximum of 3 minutes.
